Wellwood Healthcare Park is our largest and leading project and is located on a 22 acre site immediately adjacent to the Midland Regional Hospital in Tullamore.

Phase I of the development, which has already commenced, comprises a state-of-the-art 70 bed private hospital and we are currently negotiating with a Private Hospital Operator for this facility. It is planned that Phase II will comprise a number of additional healthcare services including a Hospice, high quality nursing home/step down unit and independent living accommodation. Phase III comprises education and research and development.

We will be updating this section of the website in mid 2009, including key information such as site plans, hospital drawings and images, consultant suite plans and prices, investment opportunities, tax based equity finance information and details of project advisers. Please come back and visit.
