Welcome to future projects

At the moment Wellwood Healthcare Park is our largest and leading project and you will find information on the park in the healthcare section of the website.

We are also working on an exciting future project in Tullamore, which is a 185 acre site close to the centre of town and has the potential for a mixed use development including employment, residential and education.

Known as ‘Grand Canal Quarter’, this site forms part of a wider area of land to be rezoned this year. A public consultation process on rezoning will begin in May and as part of this we will be developing this section of the site further. Please come back and visit.
